Shipping within New Zealand
Your order will be dispatched by our courier services using the fastest delivery method available. Target time is 3-5 working days once your order has been processed. We ship all international orders with International Couriers. Target time is 10-15 working days once your order has been processed. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any queries regarding your shipment please contact us. Orders placed after 3 pm NZST during the week or on the weekend are processed on the next business day.
Please note - International packages may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery in your territory. Shipping quotes exclude duties and taxes. XIMENA FERRE is not responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs. All receiving customers are responsible for these fees and the payment is non-refundable.
You will be required to sign for all deliveries. Ximena Ferre is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process. In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at the point of delivery, or otherwise, Ximena Ferre is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
For purchases outside of New Zealand, Ximena Ferre is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Ximena Ferre will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Ximena Ferre is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. Ximena Ferre is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party. If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
