REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Refunds are not available, however, exchanges are an option. In order to ensure your satisfaction with our products, we provide a guarantee. This means that if you are dissatisfied with a piece of jewellery for aesthetic reasons, we are willing to either remake the piece or offer an exchange for an item of the same or lesser value, within reasonable limits. Please note that this policy does not extend to custom-made pieces.

We will not accept the return if we believe, for any reason, that the request is unreasonable — for example, if the jewellery is damaged, or has been carelessly used. Any custom pieces are final sale. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@ximenaferre.com. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will accept returns, on full-price items only, within 14 days upon receipt. Items using a promotional code during a sale event are final sales.

We do not provide return labels for international returns. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping for both the return of an item and the delivery of a new one. Please use a service with a tracking number when returning your jewellery to us. We strongly recommend insuring the returned package. We do not take responsibility for lost return packages.

We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

To start an exchange, please email us at info@ximenaferre.com with "exchange request" in the subject line and we will provide instructions on how and where to send your packagePlease note that returns will need to be sent to Auckland, New Zealand. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Alternatively, you can always contact us for any return questions at info@ximenaferre.com.
