Shipping within New Zealand

Your order will be dispatched by our courier services using the fastest delivery method available. Target time is 2-3 days once your order has been processed. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any queries regarding your shipment please contact us.

International Shipping

We ship all international orders with International Couriers. Target time is 2-6 days once your order has been processed. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any queries regarding your shipment please contact us.

Delivery

You will be required to sign for all deliveries made by registered mail and couriers.

Ximena Ferre is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process.

In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, Ximena Ferre is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

For purchases outside of New Zealand, Ximena Ferre is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Ximena Ferre will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Ximena Ferre is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. Ximena Ferre is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.

Return Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns unless a manufacturing fault is present. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2 Douglas Road, AUK, Auckland 1024, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Repairs

We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

Manufacturing faults do not include:

  • Chipped, cracked or broken pearls or stones.

  • Broken chains.

  • General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidised.

If you would like any of the above repairs made, we can assess the damage and will let you know the cost before proceeding. Any item that was purchased outside of the 6 month warranty period will be charged for repair/replacement.

Exchange for Size

Our one-off rings cannot be resized or returned. Please make sure you measure your finger size before you make a purchase.
